Club Chairman Stephen Anderson
Stephen is a local business man being the owner of the hair salon in Gracechurch Street and brings an infectious enthusiasm to his position as leader of the committee.
Club Vice Chairman Kevin Snell
A local man with long associations with the club, Kevin has spent many seasons with the reserves and junior team but now he concentrates on keeping the club moving forward.
Club Secretary Dan Snell
Dan is the son of club vice chairman Kevin Snell but is very much his own man and brings his own brand of youthful enthusiasm to the committee. Dan has gained renown taking the PA microphone when called and has stepped into the breech to act as club secretary.
Club Treasurer Nigel French
Nigel brings his financial expertise to the club and being a local man contributes enthusiastically in club projects.
First X1 Manager Dale Vince
Fans favourite when he was a player in his 3 years at the club Vinnie vacates his coaching role to take the managers position. Dale will use all his knowledge and experience to find a winning formula as has the respect of everyone at the club and no doubt he will do a great job.
First X1 Assistant Manager/Coach Jason Pettit
Jason moves up from his position as reserve team manager to become Dale's assistant. He will bring his own ideas to the team, is well liked by all the players and is also an excellent coach. He is looking forward to the challenge of working with Vinnie and we all expect that he will do a good job.
Reserves/Under 18s General Manager Gary French
Gary is a local legend at Debenham having been associated with the club for many years.

Bridget Anderson
Bridget has taken on the role of catering executive for the club and has a loyal band of helpers who offer drinks and snacks for the match day crowds.
Midge Barker
Midge has been with Debenham LC FC for ever, with two sons playing for the club, and can be found giving loyal support to the committee whenever there is a job to be done.
Michelle Barker
Another local member who brings a fresh viewpoint to the committee and an enthusiastic desire to see the club prosper.
Martyn Clarke
My association with the club began when my stepson Ian Gedny joined the Hornets a few seasons ago. I had been programme editor at East Bergholt previously and was keen on photographing the action. Promotion to the Ridgeons Premier Division persuaded me to offer my services as a website manager and the results are here for you to read and I offer my enthusiastic support to any task that is required.
Jo Garnham
Jo is the daughter of Bridget and stepdaughter of Stephen Anderson. She is a local girl, born and raised in Debenham, and works with her stepfather at his hairdressing salon in Gracechurch Street. Jo helps with catering at home matches and will bring an alternative feminine viewpoint to committee meetings.
Sue Clarke
Sue is the wife of committee member Martyn and has been involved for the last season taking notes for match reports and helping to produce the in-house match day programmes.
Mark Stanmore
Mark has joined the committee since the untimely departure of his Father in Law Claude Chapman and has taken on the role of Raffle ticket salesman to great effect. Mark brings his enthusiasm and commitment to the committee and can be seen selling tickets at any home match.

The Original “Tractor Boy” - another local man who has association with the club going back many years, Claude could always be seen helping to raise the profile of the club by giving loyal support to club activities. Sadly Claude was taken from us recently but to preserve his fond memory the Football Club have awarded him the status of Honorary Committee Member.
